There are some cracks in her paint and facade. The ribbon on the back of her outfit is slightly frayed. You can tell she was given to a child as a gift many years ago. She is a Rosie O'Neil Cameo Kewpie Doll. In 1932 the manufacturing company moved from New York to Port Allegheny, PA in 1932. It is possible that she may have been made in either place.
